Data Deletion Policy

VoyeSim, operated by EitmadTech LLC, respects your right to control your personal data. This policy explains how you can request the deletion of your data and what information we may be required to retain.

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by VoyeSim at any time. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove your personal information from our active systems, subject to the exceptions outlined below.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, contact us using one of the following methods:

• Email: Send a request to privacy@voyesim.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Account settings: You may submit a deletion request through your VoyeSim account under Profile > Data & Privacy.

For identity verification, please submit your request from the email address associated with your VoyeSim account.

3. What Will Be Deleted

Upon approval of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, avatar)
- Purchase and order history
- Support ticket records and chat transcripts
- Saved preferences and settings
- Any other personally identifiable information stored in our systems

4. What We May Retain

Certain information may be retained as required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate business interests:

• Financial records: Transaction records, invoices, and payment references may be retained for up to seven (7) years for tax, accounting, and regulatory compliance.
- Legal obligations: Data required to comply with legal proceedings, regulatory investigations, or fraud prevention may be retained as necessary.
- Anonymized data: We may retain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you, for analytical and statistical purposes.

5. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. If additional time is needed (e.g., due to legal review), we will notify you of the delay and provide an estimated completion date.

6. Consequences of Deletion

Please be aware that once your data is deleted:

• Your VoyeSim account will be permanently closed and cannot be recovered.
- Any active eSIM plans associated with your account will continue to function until their expiration but cannot be managed, topped up, or supported after account deletion.
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use VoyeSim services in the future.
